Since we were only there for the show we did not get to check out the lodge. The dining area did turn out to be nice with big round tables seating 10 apiece and a gorgeous flower arrangement for each table. The food was okay some sort of grilled chicken, basic green salad with a choice of two dressings, potato salad and some sort of thinly sliced beef (not tri tip) and strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.
It seems like there should’ve been a big Neal McCoy poster or two, maybe just a little fanfare, to promote and celebrate the event. No effort was made to make the area festive. We had to line up in front of the elevators in the hotel lobby basically blocking the elevators. You would think the security staff and/ or the employees of the casino would know about the event where the will call area was for the VIP tickets and what were the seating arrangements for dinner. What an amazing entertainer! Organization for the show left something to be desired. Primary reason to visit the casino was for the Neal McCoy show on 07/07.
